Chris joined Associated Asphalt in early 2024 as a contracts manager and quickly progressed through delivery roles on surfacing projects across the South East. His contribution to the M40 J1–1A scheme led to recognition as new starter of the year.
Following his role as assistant project manager at Cardiff Airport, where runway and taxiway works were delivered ahead of programme, Chris stepped into the role of area manager for the M40. He brings over 33 years of industry experience and values the supportive, team-focused environment at AA.

Georgia joined Associated Asphalt in 2022 as an assistant bid writer and completed a level 3 bid proposal and co-ordinator apprenticeship alongside live bid work. During this time, she gained experience writing case studies, supporting tender submissions and developing AA’s internal knowledge library.
